File and folder corruption

Postby R_Krom » October 10th, 2016, 6:04 pm

I have four drives, two 2TB and two 3TB in my Probox HF2-SU3S2. Quite a few times when I go to access files on a drive, it tells me the folder is corrupted. One drive is currently asking me continually if I want to empty the recycle bin because it is corrupted. Of course, if you respond yes, it fails and asks again. I run disk check on the volume and it finds no errors, but the file corruption doesn't clear up. Since I am using the Probox as a backup device, I must be able to rely on it not corrupting the files.

It seems to pick the folders at random. I am using Windows 8.1 and running the Probox in blue mode. Before shut down, I close all open files and windows so that nothing is in use. Still this happens. Is there a solution or update to fix this?
