Hub stopped working [SOLVED]

Bought this unit in January, worked perfectly until now. Now it resets itself whenever I try to do anything, and its starting to damage the data on my hard drives because it shuts off in the middle of writing/reading Data! :evil: My computer says my USB drivers are up to date (Win 10 64-bit). I also tried it on another PC (Win 7 Pro 64-bit) and the same results... What now??? S/N L15110580

Thanks to Mediasonic Tech Support, we were able to sort out the problem. Turns out one of the hard drives I was using was bad, causing the hub to shut down. They sent me an email with some tips, and I was able to figure out that one of the hard drives was about to fail. They suggested to use Hard Drive Sentinel and it analyses hard drives and informs you of its health. Thanks for the help!!!
