Native 4KN hard drives

I just bought one of these docks from Amazon.
I see that there is a sticker on the box that says 'Native 4KN Hard Drive Not Supported'
The sticker also says 10TB HDD Support.
Can you explain what this means? How can I know whether or not a particular large hard drive will work in this dock?
There was no mention of this limitation on the Amazon product page so I am not sure what to make of this.

Most of the hard drives are Advance Format drives. You will see AF logo on he drive

Now there are new drives coming out that are 4Kn Native drives. Which will not work with this dock
4Kn Native Logo will be on the drive
