*Note: Since USB does not support hotswap, if you have 4 hard drives on and you decide to power off 1 drive, the dock will disconnect and reconnect
same will happen when you have 1 drive on and you decide to power on another drive.
When connected by eSata, you can power off and remove any drives, because eSata supports hotswap
